CHERRY HILL, NJ – December 30, 2009 – Jewish Family Services of Delaware is expanding the outreach of its popular “Growth-Education-Mental-Fitness,” or GEM workshop programs for active adults, by producing video podcasts of the presentations with Professional Podcasts LLC, the award-winning video and multimedia production subsidiary of Lubetkin Communications.
The first program in the series features Dan Stabb and Mark Bringhurst of the CUBED Improv Comedy troupe (http://cubedimprovcomedy.com/) in an improvisational comedy workshop. Stabb and Bringhurst engaged workshop attendees as participants during the session.

The second program features Dr. Ina Li, associate director of geriatrics at Christiana Care Health Systems in Wilmington, DE, discussing "Aging Gracefully."
