For Second Year, Leadership New Jersey, Program to Educate Civic Leaders, Produces Podcasts With Cherry Hill-Based Professional Podcasts LLC

CHERRY HILL, NJ – October 29, 2007 – For the second year, Leadership New Jersey (http://www.leadershipnj.org) has produced audio "podcasts," or Internet-distributed audio programs, based on this year’s “Forum on the Future of New Jersey,” an all-day conference on issues facing New Jersey held in Trenton October 24.

Cherry Hill-based Professional Podcasts LLC produced the podcasts for the second year for the nonprofit organization that helps civic and business leaders to develop their knowledge of state issues while honing their skills to solve statewide problems.

The firm produced podcasts from the 2006 Forum on the Future of New Jersey that included a keynote address from Gov. Jon Corzine.

“We are very pleased to partner once again with Professional Podcasts to advance Leadership New Jersey’s objective of making New Jersey a better place to live,” said Michael Willmann, CEO of WMSH Marketing Communications in Haddonfield, and a Leadership New Jersey Class of 2001 participant. “Podcasting is especially effective for distributing LNJ’s unique insights, because many of our Fellows– and others active in civic life -- are busy professionals who need actionable information and news from us in a portable format.”

“Podcasts dramatically extend the longevity of a daylong panel program like the Forum on the Future of New Jersey, because interested audiences who couldn’t attend can still benefit from the content,” said Steven L. Lubetkin, managing partner of Professional Podcasts and Lubetkin Communications. “Leadership New Jersey has a clear vision for how to use podcasting as a business application, allowing busy and time-constrained listeners to get the information they need -- at a time when they want it.”

Again this year, the podcast programs are available to the public for downloading and listening on computers or digital audio players at no charge. Listeners can download the programs at Leader-ship New Jersey’s podcast blog, http://lnjpodcasts.blogspot.com.

The podcasts are also available to listeners through a “subscription” technology that automatically alerts subscriberts when new program content is made available, so that they receive future episodes in the series automatically. (There is no charge for “subscribing” to podcasts). Podcast listeners can also subscribe to the RSS "feed" for the podcast programs at http://feeds.feedburner.com/lnjpodcasts.

The programs are also available at no charge to subscribers to the Apple iTunes Music store (www.itunes.com), at this URL:

http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=201750461.

The 2006 Leadership New Jersey podcast programs remain available to listeners at these web addresses.

Podcasts are digital audio or video recordings distributed using Internet technology. Visitors to an organization’s website can download podcast programs for review on their desktop computers, or synchronize them with a portable digital media device. Software programs called “feed readers” or “podcatchers” allow users to “subscribe” to podcasts at no cost, and receive new programs in a podcast series automatically.

About Leadership New Jersey
Leadership New Jersey's goal is to expand and improve the pool of the state's civic leaders. The program, founded in 1986, honors men and women who combine a successful career with leadership in serving their communities. It challenges them to do more.

Each year, LNJ selects a new group of about 50 emerging leaders from more than 100 appli-cants. Fellows come from all parts of the state and from diverse backgrounds in business, government, non-profits, the arts, health care, the professions, and labor. Their politics and philosophies differ, but they share a commitment to making New Jersey a better place in which to live and work.

Leadership New Jersey has received generous financial support from the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, ADP, Bank of America, Bell Atlantic, The CIT Group, ETHICON, The Prudential, Merrill-Lynch, AT&T, Atlantic Electric, Exxon Research and Engineering, GPU, Hoffman-La Roche, Johnson and Johnson, PSE&G, SME Corporation, and other Partnership members. CHERRY HILL, NJ – October 1, 2007Amboy National Bank, a 119-year old commercial bank headquartered in Old Bridge, Middlesex County, NJ, is reaching out to Internet audiences with a podcast, an audio program distributed over the Internet, to describe the features of the bank’s locally designed reverse mortgage product for senior citizens.

Professional Podcasts produced the program, which includes an interview with Bud Addis, a retiree and Amboy reverse mortgage customer, who describes how the product has provided additional income for living expenses such as insurance and healthcare. The program also features a conversation with Jackie D’Alessandro, an Amboy Bank reverse mortgage counselor.

“We believe our reverse mortgage product has distinct advantages for senior citizens in Central New Jersey compared with products offered by our competitors that can have high closing costs,” said Dennis Kane, Amboy Bank’s director of marketing. “Amboy Bank’s reverse mortgage product does not follow the government model used in reverse mortgage products at other banks, and generally offers customers substantially lower closing costs. Producing this podcast program gives us an opportunity to let one of our satisfied customers speak in detail about the Amboy Bank reverse mortgage in a medium that’s accessible 24 hours a day worldwide.”

“This podcast offers an excellent example of how companies can extend their marketing outreach to the Internet’s 24-hour availability,” said Steve Lubetkin, Managing Partner of Professional Podcasts. “Because senior citizens sometimes enlist younger family members to help with financial decisions like reverse mortgages, the bank decided to expand its outreach into social media like podcasts that younger audiences download to portable devices. In addition, many senior citizens use computers and the Internet to research financial planning and other topics, and they often find it more convenient to do their research after business hours. Having this feature program available for playback at all hours expands Amboy’s ability to help customers understand the product at a time convenient for the customers.”

“Podcasts” are recorded audio and video programs delivered via the Internet to audiences that can either download the files to Apple iPods or other digital audio devices, or view them directly from websites. Podcast programs are free to listeners. The Amboy Bank podcast is available at the bank’s website, www.amboybank.com, via direct download at http://media.libsyn.com/media/lubetkin/ANB1.mp3, and through the Apple iTunes Music store at this link.

Professional Podcasts collaborates closely with clients to design podcast productions, including scripting, on-air talent, post-production editing, and all the arrangements necessary to make podcasts available through various podcast directories on the Internet, including the popular Apple iTunes Music Store (www.itunes.com).

Professional Podcasts uses broadcast quality digital audio and video equipment to produce its podcasts, including an 11-part podcast series just completed at the GraphExpo printing industry conference in Chicago for NAPL, the trade association for excellence in graphic communications management (www.napl.org).

Magic Software Enterprises Launches Podcast Series With Professional Podcasts

CHERRY HILL, NJ – September 11, 2007 – Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC), has inaugurated a series of technology oriented programs delivered as "podcasts," or Internet-distributed audio programs, produced in cooperation with Cherry Hill, NJ-based Professional Podcasts LLC (www.professionalpodcasts.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Lubetkin Communications.

The first podcast program in the series features an interview with leading computer security expert Carol Woodbury. Woodbury is founder and president of SkyView Partners, a technology consulting firm based in Issaquah, WA that specializes in security and compliance issues related to the IBM iSeries of midrange computers.

“Magic Software has been providing robust application development tools in the IBM iSeries product space for years,” said David Wexler, director of corporate marketing for Magic Software. “As developers continue to re-engineer legacy applications to provide additional, sophisticated functionality like web integration and modify those applications to comply with new industry regulations, we are conducting a broad outreach to familiarize them with the rich feature set available in our tools.”

In the podcast for Magic Software Enterprises – the first of a series of conversations about iSeries application development-- Woodbury discusses regulatory and security compliance issues that software developers working in the iSeries’ i5/OS operating system need to take into account in building new software applications for their clients.

“Magic’s tools offer a great migration solution for developers working with older ‘green screen’ applications that need to be modernized,” said Wexler. “We believe that podcasts can reach developers and business managers more conveniently on a schedule that fits their needs.”

Magic Software’s portfolio of application development environment tools include the iBOLT™ Integration Suite, a comprehensive application integration and business process management suite, and eDeveloper™, a composite application development framework for any platform.

“We are very excited to be partnering with Professional Podcasts and Lubetkin Communications to take advantage of podcasting technology to reach prospective ISV partners and end-user clients,” said Wexler. “Podcasting is especially effective for distributing technology news programming, because most software developers are busy and don’t have the time or budge available to attend webinars or conferences. They need information and news from us in a portable format.”

The program is available for downloading and listening on computers or digital audio players at no charge at Magic Software’s website (www.magicsoftware.com). Visitors to Magic’s website can also get information on how to “subscribe” to distribution of the podcast so that they receive future episodes in the series automatically. (There is no charge for “subscribing” to podcasts).
The programs are also available at no charge to subscribers to the Apple iTunes Music store (www.itunes.com), at the following URL:

http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=263526408

“Using podcasting to provide application development news and information to its audiences demonstrates that Magic Software has a clear vision for best-practices integration of such new social media into business applications,” said Steven L. Lubetkin, managing partner of Professional Podcasts and Lubetkin Communications. “Like Magic Software, other companies should understand that podcasts can provide clients and other constituencies mission-critical information conveniently, without tying those audiences to a less-flexible programming format like a conference call or a web stream, where busy and time-constrained participants must gather at a common time. Podcast listeners get the information they need -- at a time when they want it.”

NJBankers Produces Sixth Banking Podcast Audio Program With Professional Podcasts

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Timothy E. Doherty,
Vice President/Director of Communications , NJBankers
(609) 520-1221, ext. 542 or tdoherty@njbankers.com

CHERRY HILL, NJ – August 10, 2007 – NJBankers, a trade association representing the New Jersey banking industry, and its marketing group for small banks, the Bank Marketing Association, are distributing a new audio broadcast of a recent Bank Marketing Association seminar program to its members over the Internet, a delivery mechanism known as “podcasting.” NJBankers’ has been distributing podcasts since December 2005. The programs are produced in partnership with Cherry Hill-based Professional Podcasts LLC, a subsidiary of Lubetkin Communications.

The newest NJBA podcast is available in two parts. The overall topic, “Onboarding: The First 90 Days,” focuses on steps that banks and other retail organizations should thing about taking to cement relationships with their customers and new employees in the first 90 days of their relationship. Part one of the podcast program features a presentation about enhancing customer relationships by Chris Braccia, director of product marketing in the retail solutions group of Harland Financial Solutions. Part two of the podcast features remarks by Dennis Budinich, co-founder of FTC Methods Inc., a sales training firm, about how to help employees become engaged in successful sales relationships early in their careers.

Professional Podcasts produces recordings of NJBA seminars, and delivers the Internet podcast “feeds” to NJBankers so that association members can download the recordings for review on their computers or portable digital audio players. The podcasts are available at http://www.njbankers.com and at http://www.njbankmarketing.com. The podcast is also available at no charge to subscribers to the Apple iTunes Music store (www.itunes.com) and can be accessed directly in iTunes at this URL:
http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=130353630

“Our podcasts average between 300 and 600 downloads, so it’s clear that our members want us to provide time-shifting technology like podcasting for their continuing education activities,” said Timothy E. Doherty, NJBankers vice president and director of communications. “Podcasting is a cost-effective and engaging way for our members to participate in these programs, even if they cannot attend in person.”

“NJBankers is taking a dramatic leap ahead of other financial trade associations in New Jersey by embracing podcasting technology to increase the reach of its excellent seminar programs,” said Steven L. Lubetkin, managing partner of Professional Podcasts. “Like NJBankers, other organizations should understand that podcasts can provide their clients, members, and other constituencies important information conveniently, without tying those audiences to less-flexible programming formats like conference calls or web streams, which force busy and time-constrained participants to gather at a common time. Podcast listeners get the information they need -- at a time when they want it.”

Pinnacle Financial Advisors Releases "Talking to Your Adult Children About Money,"

Second Episode in Financial Education Podcast Series

With Cherry Hill-Based Professional Podcasts

CHERRY HILL, NJ - August 1, 2007 - Pinnacle Financial Advisors, a wealth management advisory firm with offices in Marlton, NJ and Bala Cynwyd, PA, has released the second in a series of financial education programs delivered as "podcasts," or Internet-distributed audio programs, produced in cooperation with Cherry Hill-based Professional Podcasts LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lubetkin Communications.

Pinnacle's newest podcast program features a seminar presentation and discussion led by Edward Monte, Ph.D., a psychologist and expert in helping families have conversations about wealth management and estate planning. The program also includes comments and observations from the principals of Pinnacle, Harry Scheyer and Jeff Metz.

Last year, Pinnacle distributed its first podcast, a presentation on identity theft and credit card fraud by Jeff Brenner, a data security expert with Intelysis Corporation. More than 650 people downloaded the first podcast.

"We take a holistic approach to the asset management and financial planning services we provide our clients, and we think it's important for them to have a broad range of opportunities to gain insight into the practical - and the more emotional - aspects of their financial affairs," said Jeff Metz, CFP, one of the two principals at Pinnacle Financial Advisors. "Our practice is not just about managing money and investments, but about helping our clients understand all the issues that surround these kinds of decisions."

"We are very excited to be partnering with Professional Podcasts and Lubetkin Communications to take advantage of podcasting technology to reach our clients and prospective clients," said Harry Scheyer, CPA/PFS, CFP, Pinnacle's Co-Founder and Principal. "Podcasting is especially effective for distributing financial education programming, because many of our clients are busy professionals who need information and news from us in a portable format."

The program is available for downloading and listening on computers or digital audio players at no charge at Pinnacle Financial Advisors' website (www.pfacentral.com). http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=175016167

"Using a podcast to provide financial education programming to clients demonstrates that Pinnacle Financial Advisors has a clear vision for best-practices integration of such new social media into business applications," said Steven L. Lubetkin, managing partner of Professional Podcasts and Lubetkin Communications. "Like Pinnacle, other companies should understand that podcasts can provide clients and other constituencies mission-critical information conveniently, without tying those audiences to a less-flexible programming format like a conference call or a web stream, where busy and time-constrained participants must gather at a common time. Podcast listeners get the information they need -- at a time when they want it."
