Professional Podcasts Releases First Digital Video Podcast,

Panel Discussion on Professional Ethics in Public Relations Practice

CHERRY HILL, NJ – September 25, 2007– Professional Podcasts LLC, the Lubetkin & Co. Communications subsidiary that produces broadcast quality audio programs for corporate and professional clients, has released its first digital video podcast, featuring a panel discussion on professional ethics in public relations, produced for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. Professional Podcasts has been producing audio podcasts for the chapter for more than two years.

The video podcast was recorded during the Chapter’s program to observe Ethics Month, which PRSA marks each September, according to Jonathan Morein, Chapter Vice President and Chief Ethics Officer.

Panelists in the ethics discussion were:

·         Christopher Bauer, president of Bauer Ethics Seminars

·         Attorney and former TV broadcaster David Frankel of Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP

·         Former Philadelphia Managing Director Phil Goldsmith of Goldsmith Kahn and Associates

·         David Kirk, APR, Fellow PRSA, President of The PR Guy, Inc.

The program, which runs about one hour, can be viewed at no cost on the Chapter’s website, http://www.prsa.philly.org.

“Podcasts” are recorded audio and video programs delivered via the Internet to audiences that can either download the files to Apple iPods or other digital audio devices, or view them directly from websites.

“Our Chapter members have been very enthusiastic about our podcast initiative,” said Maribeth Roman Schmidt, president of FCF Schmidt Public Relations and president of PRSA/Philadelphia. “Podcast listeners have downloaded our luncheon presentation by Tony Gnoffo, business editor of the Philadelphia Inquirer, more than 300 times since his appearance in June. Other programs have had similar download volumes, clearly demonstrating the value-added nature of podcasting and video podcasting for our communications outreach efforts.”

“For some time, our clients have expressed increasing interest in adding video podcast programs to their podcasting initiatives, to support their strategies of delivering their thought leadership, commentaries and expertise over the Internet,” Lubetkin said. “Digital videography adds a new dimension to podcasting by allowing audiences to experience an event or a conversation more fully. We are pleased to be able to offer this value-added advance to our technology services.”

Professional Podcasts’ in-house digital video production capabilities now include two professional quality Sony miniDV digital video cameras and associated location production equipment. Video podcasts will be edited using Sony non-linear video editing software and can be delivered over the Internet in a wide range of video formats, depending on client requirements. Professional Podcasts can also provide clients with DVDs for delivery to their audiences.

Professional Podcasts collaborates closely with clients to design podcast productions, including scripting, on-air talent, post-production editing, and all the arrangements necessary to make podcasts available through various podcast directories on the Internet, including the popular Apple iTunes Music Store (www.itunes.com).

Professional Podcasts already uses broadcast quality digital audio equipment to produce its podcasts, including an 11-part podcast series just completed at the GraphExpo printing industry conference in Chicago for NAPL, the trade association for excellence in graphic communications management (www.napl.org).

Visitors to an organization’s website can download podcast programs for review on their desktop computers, or synchronize them with a portable digital media device. Software programs called “feed readers” or “podcatchers” allow users to “subscribe” to podcasts at no cost, and receive new programs in a podcast series automatically.

Magic Software Enterprises Launches Podcast Series With Professional Podcasts

CHERRY HILL, NJ – September 11, 2007 – Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC), has inaugurated a series of technology oriented programs delivered as "podcasts," or Internet-distributed audio programs, produced in cooperation with Cherry Hill, NJ-based Professional Podcasts LLC (www.professionalpodcasts.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Lubetkin Communications.

The first podcast program in the series features an interview with leading computer security expert Carol Woodbury. Woodbury is founder and president of SkyView Partners, a technology consulting firm based in Issaquah, WA that specializes in security and compliance issues related to the IBM iSeries of midrange computers.

“Magic Software has been providing robust application development tools in the IBM iSeries product space for years,” said David Wexler, director of corporate marketing for Magic Software. “As developers continue to re-engineer legacy applications to provide additional, sophisticated functionality like web integration and modify those applications to comply with new industry regulations, we are conducting a broad outreach to familiarize them with the rich feature set available in our tools.”

In the podcast for Magic Software Enterprises – the first of a series of conversations about iSeries application development-- Woodbury discusses regulatory and security compliance issues that software developers working in the iSeries’ i5/OS operating system need to take into account in building new software applications for their clients.

“Magic’s tools offer a great migration solution for developers working with older ‘green screen’ applications that need to be modernized,” said Wexler. “We believe that podcasts can reach developers and business managers more conveniently on a schedule that fits their needs.”

Magic Software’s portfolio of application development environment tools include the iBOLT™ Integration Suite, a comprehensive application integration and business process management suite, and eDeveloper™, a composite application development framework for any platform.

“We are very excited to be partnering with Professional Podcasts and Lubetkin Communications to take advantage of podcasting technology to reach prospective ISV partners and end-user clients,” said Wexler. “Podcasting is especially effective for distributing technology news programming, because most software developers are busy and don’t have the time or budge available to attend webinars or conferences. They need information and news from us in a portable format.”

The program is available for downloading and listening on computers or digital audio players at no charge at Magic Software’s website (www.magicsoftware.com). Visitors to Magic’s website can also get information on how to “subscribe” to distribution of the podcast so that they receive future episodes in the series automatically. (There is no charge for “subscribing” to podcasts).
The programs are also available at no charge to subscribers to the Apple iTunes Music store (www.itunes.com), at the following URL:

http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=263526408

“Using podcasting to provide application development news and information to its audiences demonstrates that Magic Software has a clear vision for best-practices integration of such new social media into business applications,” said Steven L. Lubetkin, managing partner of Professional Podcasts and Lubetkin Communications. “Like Magic Software, other companies should understand that podcasts can provide clients and other constituencies mission-critical information conveniently, without tying those audiences to a less-flexible programming format like a conference call or a web stream, where busy and time-constrained participants must gather at a common time. Podcast listeners get the information they need -- at a time when they want it.”

Podcasts are digital audio or video recordings distributed using Internet technology. Visitors to an organization’s website can download podcast programs for review on their desktop computers, or synchronize them with a portable digital media device. Software programs called “feed readers” or “podcatchers” allow users to “subscribe” to podcasts at no cost, and receive new programs in a podcast series automatically.
