Pinnacle Financial Advisors Releases "Talking to Your Adult Children About Money,"
Second Episode in Financial Education Podcast Series
With Cherry Hill-Based Professional Podcasts
CHERRY HILL, NJ - August 1, 2007 - Pinnacle Financial Advisors, a wealth management advisory firm with offices in Marlton, NJ and Bala Cynwyd, PA, has released the second in a series of financial education programs delivered as "podcasts," or Internet-distributed audio programs, produced in cooperation with Cherry Hill-based Professional Podcasts LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lubetkin Communications.
Pinnacle's newest podcast program features a seminar presentation and discussion led by Edward Monte, Ph.D., a psychologist and expert in helping families have conversations about wealth management and estate planning. The program also includes comments and observations from the principals of Pinnacle, Harry Scheyer and Jeff Metz.
Last year, Pinnacle distributed its first podcast, a presentation on identity theft and credit card fraud by Jeff Brenner, a data security expert with Intelysis Corporation. More than 650 people downloaded the first podcast.
"We take a holistic approach to the asset management and financial planning services we provide our clients, and we think it's important for them to have a broad range of opportunities to gain insight into the practical - and the more emotional - aspects of their financial affairs," said Jeff Metz, CFP, one of the two principals at Pinnacle Financial Advisors. "Our practice is not just about managing money and investments, but about helping our clients understand all the issues that surround these kinds of decisions."
"We are very excited to be partnering with Professional Podcasts and Lubetkin Communications to take advantage of podcasting technology to reach our clients and prospective clients," said Harry Scheyer, CPA/PFS, CFP, Pinnacle's Co-Founder and Principal. "Podcasting is especially effective for distributing financial education programming, because many of our clients are busy professionals who need information and news from us in a portable format."
The program is available for downloading and listening on computers or digital audio players at no charge at Pinnacle Financial Advisors' website (www.pfacentral.com). Visitors to Pinnacle's website can also get information on how to "subscribe" to distribution of the podcast so that they receive future episodes in the series automatically. (There is no charge for "subscribing" to podcasts). The programs are also available at no charge to subscribers to the Apple iTunes Music store (www.itunes.com), at the following URL:

"Using a podcast to provide financial education programming to clients demonstrates that Pinnacle Financial Advisors has a clear vision for best-practices integration of such new social media into business applications," said Steven L. Lubetkin, managing partner of Professional Podcasts and Lubetkin Communications. "Like Pinnacle, other companies should understand that podcasts can provide clients and other constituencies mission-critical information conveniently, without tying those audiences to a less-flexible programming format like a conference call or a web stream, where busy and time-constrained participants must gather at a common time. Podcast listeners get the information they need -- at a time when they want it."
Podcasts are digital audio or video recordings distributed using Internet technology. Visitors to an organization's website can download podcast programs for review on their desktop computers, or synchronize them with a portable digital media device. Software programs called "feed readers" or "podcatchers" allow users to "subscribe" to podcasts at no cost, and receive new programs in a podcast series automatically.
