WB Resorts Development Audio Actualities and Wrapper: Redevelopment Agreement Approved in North Wildwood 7/17/07RADIO NEWS DIRECTORS, PODCASTERS, AUDIO PRODUCERS NOTE: WB Resorts Development is planning a $175 million hotel and indoor waterpark complex on the North Wildwood boardwalk at the site of the Seaport Village Pier. The 90,000 square foot indoor waterpark on the pier, and 425-room hotel on the west side of the boardwalk, will help transform North Wildwood from a seasonal destination to a year-round family resort.
